My name is Monica.

I have known darkness for as long as I can remember. The kind that lives quietly inside you — that makes you pull away from the people who love you most, that makes you go silent when you want to speak, that makes you feel like a burden even when someone is choosing you every single day.

I have been angry. I have been sad. I have been so lonely inside a relationship that I convinced myself I was alone.

We hurt each other. We said the things you can't unsay. We disappeared into ourselves and somehow still found our way back. A thousand times over.

And somewhere in all of that — in the fighting and the falling and the staying — I realized that love doesn't fix what's broken inside you. But it can hold you while you figure out how to heal.

Anchor & Bloom was born from that truth. From the moments I couldn't find the words. From the moments I needed someone to hand them to me.

I built this for the ones who are still in it. Still trying. Still loving someone through the heavy days — or being loved through their own.

If you found your way here, I don't think it was by accident.
